Our regular store hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 16:00

Holiday hours may vary, so please check our website or contact us for updates.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

Clearance and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will replace the item or issue a refund, as per your preference.

 

Payment Methods:

We accept EFT payments.

All transactions are processed in South African Rands.
